A passionate reader and explorer, she loves traveling through both pages and places—whether by book, car, plane, or train. She resides in South Carolina with her uniquely talented family: three fellow writers, two IT gurus, one Mr. Fix-it, three mischievous cats, and a loyal dog.

From a young age, Phoenix was drawn to the magic of storytelling. Even before starting school, she was asking for new books or blank pages to fill with her earliest creations. Her poems, songs, and stories have been both a source of comfort and expression throughout life's highs and lows, her writing a reflection of her inner world and her travels through life.

Over the years, Phoenix’s love for books, literature, and writing has only deepened, and she is now delighted to share that passion with others. One of her greatest joys is collaborating with two of her children to craft captivating stories for her readers, weaving together their imaginations into engaging and entertaining works.
